1. The writ petition was disposed of on 29.04.2025 with the following direction:
“1. Further to order dated 04.02.2025, learned counsel for the parties state that an examination of petitioner No. 1 by a Medical Board has already taken place, and a further examination is scheduled to be held on 06.05.2025.
2. After the Medical Board gives its report, the respondent will consider whether petitioner No. 1 is liable to retire, being unfit from government service due to her medical condition, and if so whether an appointment can be given to her dependent daughter [petitioner No. 2 in the writ petition].
3. Mr. Vikrant N. Goyal, learned counsel for the respondent, states that a final decision on the matter will be taken within a period of three months from today.

2. This application has been filed by the respondent – Union of India for extension of time, in view of the fact that the report of the Medical Board has not yet been made available. In view of these circumstances, with the consent of Mr. Abhishek Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, three months further time is granted for compliance of the
order dated 29.04.2025.
3. The respondent is directed to coordinate with Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for expeditious issuance of the report of the Medical Board. The Medical Superintendent, Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, is also requested to take necessary steps.
4. The application is disposed of.
