Notice ------- R-2 R.Singaravel ORDER This petition has been filed for condonation of delay of 272 days in filing the revision petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP No. 23095 of 2019 in CRP.No.124051 of 2019 2. The petitioners have stated that they did not have necessary means to engage an Advocate at Chennai and that they are pursuing their higher studies and they also fell in sick in the interregnum period. The application is opposed by the respondents on the ground that even the revision is filed against an order dismissing an application refusing to condone the delay, the Court finding that the petitioner is only attempting to drag the proceedings. 3. Be that as it may, considering the delay only 272 days and sufficient reasons have been assigned by the petitioners, I am inclined to condone the delay of 272 days in filing the revision on payment of Rs.3,000/- to the learned counsel for the first, third and fourth respondents, within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
