Petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC with the following prayer: “For these and other grounds to be urged at the time of final hearing, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to transfer MC No.57/2025, pending on the file of the Itinerary Senior Civil Judge Hoovinahadagali to the Family Court at Davanagere in the interest of justice and equity.” 3. Respondent/husband has filed a case on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Huvina Hadagali in M.C.No.57/2025 under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, for the relief of restitution of conjugal rights. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44003 CP No. 371 of 2025 4. Petitioner is unable to attend the Huvina Hadagali Court on account of financial difficulty and two minor children are to be taken care of. 5. Such an apprehension of the petitioner can be quelled by directing the petitioner to appear through videoconference. 6. Further, if any such application is filed by the petitioner/wife before the Court at Huvina Hadagali seeking permission to appear through video conferencing, same shall be allowed by the learned Trial Judge and permit the wife to appear through videoconferencing. 7.
