Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A for the State, Mr. Rayoof Ali, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 as also perused the record. 2. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred to set aside the impugned order dated 08.04.2024 passed by the Special Judge SC/ST Act, Sant Kabir Nagar in Complaint Case No.72 of 2022 (Subhawati Vs. Kamlesh and others), under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Kotwali Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar. 3. During arguments, learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that they do not want to press the prayer made in the appeal. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellants in accordance with law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the appellants filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
