Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioners are live-in-relationship and have threat to their life and liberty from the hands of respondent No.4 i.e. partner of petitioner No.1. He further contended that petitioners moved representation to respondent No.2 (Annexure P-3) but no action has been taken. 3. Notice of motion. 4.
