(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction for proper investigation in a case FIR No.646 dated 12.08.2024 under Sections 109(1), 115, 190, 191(3), 351(2) of BNS, 2023 (Sections 109, 103(1) of BNS, 2023 added lateron), registered at Police Station Camp Palwal, District Palwal. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had lodged the said FIR, but till date there is no progress in the investigation. Notice of motion. Mr. Tanuj Sharma, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. On instructions, he has submitted that investigation in the present case is in progress and out of total 13 accused, only 03 accused could be arrested and challan against them have also been filed. It is submitted that charges are also framed qua these 03 accused and so far, rest 10 accused are concerned, they are yet to be arrested. He submits that supplementary challan would be filed against the accused who are absconding on their arrest. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent-Investigating Agency to conclude the investigation of the present case within a period of three months from today, in accordance with law.
