In this batch of writ petitions, challenge has been made to the Notification dated 04.7.2008 issued under Section 4 of the [2025:RJ-JP:12487] (3 of 3) [CW-856/2011] Land Acquisition Act, 1984 as also Declaration dated 04.8.2010 issued under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984. 4. Counsel for petitioner pointed out that the Notification and Declaration in question has already been quashed and set aside by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in other batch of writ petitions decided vide order dated 02.12.2016 being lead case as S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12911/2012: Ram Niwas Vs. The State of Rajasthan, and the order dated 02.12.2016 has been affirmed by the Division Bench so also by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, hence, these writ petitions be disposed of in terms of order dated 02.12.2016. 5. In view of above, all these writ petitions stand disposed of in terms of order dated 02.12.2016. 6. Stay applications and other pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
