Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that some private persons are interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the subject property, and in that view, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents, requesting them to provide police protection. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondents-police are directed to look into the petitioner’s representation and take appropriate decision according to governing rules and law. There shall be no order as to costs.
