Present petition has been filed for the following relief :- (i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned notices dated 02.04.2024 as well as impugned R.C. dated 02.04.2025 issued against the petitioner in order to Award dated 31.08.2022. 3. Undoubtedly, the recovery under challenge has arisen under the arbitral award dated 31.08.2022 passed by the competent authority (Land Acquisition), National Highways Authority of India, Kaushambi. 4. To the extent the recovery has arisen under the impugned award and to the extent there is no challenge to the award in these proceedings the relief sought against the consequential recovery is misconceived. 5. Further, challenge to the award may arise only in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 6.
