Petitioner has challenged order dated 26.06.2023, whereby she was transferred from GIC, Jassaganja, District Nainital to GIC, Naula District Almora. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that this writ petition was filed in 2023, but no interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner, therefore, petitioner would have joined at the transferred place. 4. He further submits that petitioner’s transfer was made as per her conditions of service and there is no allegation of malice or violation of statutory provisions. 5. This Court finds substance in the said submission. 6. Transfer order passed in respect of a government servant holding transferable post can be interfered with only if the transfer is made for extraneous considerations by abusing power or the transfer is made in violation of statutory rules governing the service conditions. 7. Since none of the aforesaid two grounds is 2025:UHC:9100 present in the present case, therefore, this Court do not find any reason to interfere in the matter. 8. Writ petition fails and is dismissed. 9. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
