Vs.
State of Haryana
....Respondent
CORAM:- HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE AMARJOT BHATTI
Present: None for the petitioner.
Ms. Aditi Girdhar, AAG, Haryana.
***** AMARJOT BHATTI, J. (Oral)
1.
Perusal of file shows that learned counsel for petitioner has not appeared on the last two dates i.e. 17.02.2025 and 04.04.2025. On both occasions, learned counsel for petitioner was notified about the date fixed, even then today nobody has turned up. It appears that counsel for petitioner is not interested to pursue present second regular bail petition filed by petitioner in FIR No. 634 dated 21.07.2022 under Section 376(2)(n), 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat, District Panipat and accordingly, same stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
2.
Pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stands
disposed of accordingly.
