The petitioners are claiming rights over new Gata No. 439 and old Gata No. 115 min./334 situated in village Bhaisauda Post Majhghain Tehsil Naugarh, Police Station Chakarghatta District Chandauli on the basis of ' patta' said to have been executed in favour of father of petitioner no. 1 and grand-father of petitioners no. 2 to 4. They are stated to have filed their representation dated 25.07.2025 before respondent no. 3. One of the prayers made in the writ petition is for directing respondent no. 3 to decide the said representation. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions received from respondent no. 3, according to which, the claim of the petitioners does not appear to be sustainable, at all. However no order in writing is passed on the representation dated 25.07.2025 so far. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the representation dated 25.07.2025 by speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
