K2 Infragen Limited, Corporate Office: 801-A & B, 802-A, B & C, 8th Floor, Well-done Tech. Park, Sohna Road, Sector-48, Gurugram 122018 (Haryana) and Project Manager, Vindhya Telitix Limited (V.T.L. Ganga), Block- Bhadiya, District- Sultanpur respectively to decide the application dated 22.05.2025 (Annexure No.4 to this writ petition) of the petitioner within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Sri Amit Kumar Shukla, counsel for the petitioner, does not press the writ petition. 3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. 4.
