The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondent to make necessary correction in the web portal of the State Government with respect to the land appertaining to Plot No. 2392, Khata No. 9, Mouza- Kalapathar, Thana No. 25, District Bokaro measuring an area of 41 decimals as wrong entry in the online Register-II is being shown.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire area of the said plot i.e., 1 acre 12 decimals is being shown in the name of Muchiram Mahto, son of late Radhu Mahto despite the fact that the petitioner and his family members have already purchased 41 decimals of the said land by different sale deeds.
3. Mrs. Shalini Shahdeo, learned AC to SC (L&C)-1 appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that if the petitioner prefers a fresh representation on the present issue before the respondent no. 4, an appropriate decision/step will be taken by the said respondent within a timeframe.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the prayer made by the petitioner in the writ

petition, without commenting on the merit of the petitioner’s claim, he is given liberty to prefer a fresh representation in this regard before the respondent no. 4. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent no. 4 after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other concerned persons, shall take an appropriate decision/step within eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with aforesaid liberty and direction.
