Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 76, 115(2), 117(2), 109, 324(4), 352, 351(2) & 79/3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.
On 22.12.2024, while the informant was returning from her field, the accused persons intercepted her. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted her and also tried to disrobe her.
It was submitted that the occurrence had taken place in the house of the petitioner. It was further submitted that for the same occurrence, there is case and counter case between the parties. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024.
