After persuasion, it is agreed that both sides have since moved on and the problem is not persisting with that seriousness and they will also not interfere with each other and hereafter will not interfere in the affairs and state that the case can be compromised. 2. In view of the extraordinary manner in which the dedicated bench is Page No.1 of 3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Suo Motu TR.No. 75 of 2025 holding sittings in hybrid manner, without calling for any affidavit whatsoever, the compromise between the parties is recorded. After going through the facts and circumstances of the case, this is a fit case for exercise of extraordinary power under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1975 as per the dictum of the Honourable Supreme Court of India in Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab and Anr. reported in (2012) 10 SCC 303. 3. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.141 of 2020 shall stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 22.08.2025 nsl Note to the Trial Court: This order is digitally signed and communicated electronically alone.
