Higher Secondary School, Nauda Block Kotabagh, District Nainital to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chagethi, District Almora vide order dated 26.06.2023. Challenging order of transfer, this writ petition was filed in 2023. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner was transferred as he had served at sugam place for more than ten years. He further submits that in the absence of any interim order passed in favour of petitioner after 11.07.2023, he must have joined at the transferred place; therefore, writ petition has become infructuous. 4. This Court finds substance in the said submission. 5. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending in which order of transfer has been challenged. Transfer has been made as per the conditions of service applicable to petitioner. 6. Thus there is no scope for interference in the matter. 7. Writ petition fails and is dismissed. 8.
