The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet No. 01/2022 filed in Case Crime No. 187 of 2022, under sections 323, 504 IPC, Police Station-Biwar, District-Hamirpur in Criminal Case no. 19573/2022 well summoning order/Cognizance order dated 19.12.2022 passed by learned ACJM, Hamirpur in Criminal Case No. 19573 of 2022 (State vs. Umakant Pathak and other). 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have reconciled their differences and compromise have entered between them which has been reduced in writing. Compromise deed has been filed as annexure 6 to the affidavit. Compromise deed has also been filed before the court below. 4. Learned AGA does not dispute the correctness of the facts. 5. It is hereby directed that applicants and opposite party No.2 approach to court below, within two weeks from today and file an application explaining therein all his grievances and trial court shall decide their application, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month, from the date of filing of application, in accordance with law. 6.
