Present petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigating in FIR No.125 dated 27.06.2025, registered at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) of BNS and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014 to an officer above the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely roped in the present FIR. He submits that without there being any evidence against the petitioner, in a clandestine manner, he has been roped in the present case and till date there is no progress in the investigation as well. He submits that for the redressal of his grievance he has filed the representations dated 24.04.2025 and 10.07.2025 (Annexures P-3 and P-9) but no action has been taken on the same till date by the official respondents.
