Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 30 litres country made liquor has been recovered from box kept beneath the seat of driver in the toto tempo of this petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has got no connection with the alleged recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle from which illicit liquor has been recovered, this anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
