The petitioners seek a direction upon the respondent to carry out necessary changes in the revenue record in respect of land bearing Khasra Nos. 42/10, 42/11, 42/12 and 267/2, measuring 5 bighas 8 biswas, situated in the Revenue Estate of Village Karala, Delhi [“subject land”], in favour of the petitioners, or alternatively, for disposal of their representation dated 27.03.2024 for this purpose. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 04.02.2025, Mr. Abhinav Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that he has been instructed that the Village in question has been urbanised, and now vests with the Delhi Development Authority. The petitioners’ contention is, however, contrary to the extent that, according to the petitioners, the subject land falls outside the urbanised area. 3. This controversy must be clarified by the respondent, at the first instance. In these circumstances, I am of the view that the petition can be This is a digitally signed order.
