Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2790 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 498 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 26.04.2024, theft was committed in BSNL Tower, installed in village Jabra. Unknown thieves stolen several batteries from there. During the course of investigation, name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused Zakir Ansari. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused Zakir Ansari has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 3589 of 2025. 5. Mr. Jitendra Pandey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Karra P.S.
