Sahewalla, the learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms. K. Bhattacharyya, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that taking into account the execution proceedings is before the learned Executing Court today, he would not like to press the instant petition. He however submits that if no orders are passed by the learned Executing Court thereby issuing appropriate directions upon the Registry of the Delhi High Court to disburse the amount which has been deposited before the Registry of that Court, the petitioner may be given the liberty to file again. 2.
