The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 132, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, during raid co-accused Roshan Kumar was apprehended and on search 116.625 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from his line hotel and 27 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from his house. It is further alleged that petitioners and their associates attacked police party, causing injury to police personnel and it is also alleged that the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.712 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 accused persons got co-accused Roshan Kumar freed from police custody. 4.
