JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41079 RP No. 444 of 2025 IN WP No.6426 of 2021 (S-RES) ORAL ORDER The present Review Petition has been filed seeking for review of the order dated 20.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.6426/2021. It is noticed that the order in W.P.No.6426/2021 was taken in Writ Appeal No.1028/2022 before the Division Bench by the Bangalore University and came to be affirmed in Writ Appeal No.1028/2022 by order dated 20.11.2024. Subsequently, the said order of the Division Bench was challenged by the present review petitioner, i.e. University of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering and SLP also came to be dismissed before the Apex Court. 2. It is the contention of the review petitioner that they are subsequent entity formed and transferred with the affairs of the Bangalore University and they were not a party before the learned Single Judge. 3. In the Writ Appeal proceedings, the present review petitioner was directed to take appropriate steps to give effect to the directions of the learned Single Judge - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41079 RP No. 444 of 2025 IN WP No.6426 of 2021 (S-RES) within a period of two months. Subsequently, it appears that I.A.No.1/2025 was filed by the present review petitioner seeking clarification. The Division Bench by a considered order had rejected the said application for clarification. 4. The present review petition raises identical grounds as raised in I.A.No.1/2025. 5. Noticing that I.A.No.1/2025 in filed W.A.No.1028/2022 was disposed off by the Division Bench the present review petition is filed as regards the order of the learned Single Judge which has merged with the order of Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the review petition against the order of the learned Single Judge is not maintainable and is rejected. 6.
