CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL,JUDGE
ORDER 16-07-2025
1. It has been brought to the notice of this Court by Mr. Sheikh Manzoor,
learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents, that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that the petitioner, through the medium of the present petition, had called in question the order dated 04.03.2023 passed by the Commissioner Agrarian (Additional Deputy Commissioner, Budgam), whereby the application seeking condonation of delay was allowed and since no interim order was passed in the instant petition, the learned Commissioner Agrarian proceeded with the matter and has passed a final order, which order has already been challenged before this Court.
2. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous as the challenge laid to the order dated 04.03.2023 has lost its significance.
