Sai Kiran, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Panchayat Secretary, dated 26.03.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: “Para 4: Peduru Grama panchayat of T.P.Gudur mandal withdrawn its proposal of construction of cement road from Narukuru-T.P.Gudur road to Chamundeswari devi temple which the petitioner opposed road.” 4. The above extract would indicate that the Peduru Grama Panchayat has withdrawn its proposal for the construction of cement road from Narukuru-T.P. Gudur Road to Chamundeswari Devi Temple. 5. Having recorded the same, this Court is of the opinion that this Writ Petition can be disposed of in terms of the above extract. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
