Since the issue involved in both the writ appeals are one and the same, they are disposed of by this Common Judgment. The Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1483 of 2025 is filed to set aside the order dated 16.06.2023 made in W.P.No.12678 of 2025 and the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.3296 of 2024 is filed to set aside the order dated 09.09.2024 made in W.P.No.26572 of 2024 passed by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WA No. 1483 of 2025 2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that a Civil Suit in O.S.No.31 of 2021 is already pending before the District Court, Salem, and it is not in dispute that the appellant is in possession of the property. 3. In this circumstance, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, since there is dispute regarding ownership of the appellant, direct the learned District Judge, Salem, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.31 of 2021, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till disposal of the suit, the respondents shall not precipitate the issue. 4. With the above directions, these Writ Appeals are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
