(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.0037 dated 26.02.2023 registered under Sections 465, 467, 471 and 120-B IPC (Sections 420 & 468 IPC added later on) at Police Station City Jalalabad, Fazilka, Punjab. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.08.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. A reply dated 15.09.2025 by way of an affidavit of Jatinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Jalalabad has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State by the learned State counsel and the same is taken on record. He on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 08.08.2025 is made absolute.
