Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Deputy A.G. and learned counsel for the private respondents.

The petitioner and the corpus are present.

It is the case of the corpus that she had informally married the petitioner, but she was unaware that he was already married and having a child and in that view of the matter, she has separated from him, and she submits that she has
2025:UHC:7209-DB 2 undergone an operation and is residing with her family and she has decided to reside with her family and part ways with the petitioner.

The corpus being a major and having voluntarily expressed her desire to separate from the petitioner and living with her family, this Court sees no requirement for further orders in the instant petition and in view of the statement made by the corpus, petition is disposed of, as not surviving for consideration.

Petition is ordered accordingly.

The observations, regarding marriage, are for the purpose of this petition and any proceedings initiated by any of the parties shall be considered by the Forum/Authority/Court, strictly in accordance with law.
