Since the challenge in this petition is to the show cause notice, to which the petitioner is yet to submit reply, this Court refrains from indulging in the act of adjudication of the matter and directs the petitioner to file reply to the impugned show cause notice along with all relevant documents, which, if done within a period of fifteen (15) days, shall be considered and decided by the Range Forest Officer, Sohna, District Gurugram (respondent No.2) by passing a speaking order. Till the final call is taken by respondent No.2 on the impugned show cause notice dated 24.07.2025 (Annexure P taken against the petitioner, provided the petitioner files a reply to impugned show cause notice within 15 days, failing which this order shall become otiose Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
