The order dated 28.06.2024 passed by the respondent no. 3 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gyanpur, District Bhadohi, is under challenge in the present petition. 2. A complaint was made by the petitioners against the allotment of fair price shop in favour of Sri Charan Singh under dying in harness Rules. 3. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the fair price shop was allotted in favour of Sri Charan Singh in place of his deceased father as per Government Order dated 5th August, 2019, hence it is argued that the order passed by the respondent no. 3 is absolutely correct and does not call for interference by this Court. The petitioners are only complainant and has no prejudice whatsoever has been caused to the petitioners by the aforesaid order. 4. At this point of time a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioners to dismiss the present petition as not pressed. 5. This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed.
