The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the accused persons created law and order problem and also demolish the Mandapam of the Temple. Though the respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.521 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 189(3) and 324 (4) of BNS, 2023, the respondent failed to register the First Information Report for major offences. 3. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
