On 12.06.2024, dead body of an unknown person was recovered from Idri forest. Learned lawyer for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court towards the finding in the impugned order, from the perusal of which, it appears that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. The petitioner has also confessed his guilt.
