JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER 24.09.2025 Mr. K Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in this case Police has already submitted charge sheet and, therefore, Mr. Uddin prays for making the interim order absolute, passed in favour of the petitioner. On the other hand, Ms. S H Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has submitted that she has not received the Case Diary and she is not in a position to inform whether the charge sheet has been submitted or not. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides. Since the charge sheet has been filed, petitioners are directed to appear before the trial court for seeking regular bail on 17.10.2025. Till 17.10.2025 only, the interim order passed earlier in favour of the petitioners, shall continue. With the above, the bail application is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
