Kindly direct the Respondent No 4 To Recall/ Withdraw The alleged LOC issued By The Respondent No 4 Bureau of Immigration (BOI) against the Petitioner herein, at the request made by the originating agency, that is the Respondent No.1 Ashoknagara Police Station. Consequently, allow the Petitioner to travel abroad without any Restrictions. 3. Grant all consequential orders and pass such other order or orders as the case may be, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. After arguing for sometime, Sri.Vikram Huilgol., learned Senior counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would not press the reliefs which have been sought for but his representation submitted by the petitioner at Annexure-C and D, if were to be considered by respondents, the petitioner would not press those reliefs. 3. Annexure-C and D are representations which have been submitted by the petitioner seeking for permission to travel by withdrawing the lookout circular. 4. That aspect would have to be considered by the respondents on merits by considering the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53879 WP No. 34877 of 2025 representation which has been submitted by the petitioner. 5. In that view of the matter, directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 02.09.2025 at Annexure-C and the representation dated 06.11.2025 at Annexure-D in accordance with law, the petition stands disposed of. 6.
