Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned action has already been assailed by the petitioners by way of a separate writ petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, present proceedings may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievances at the appropriate stage. 2.
