Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . It is a case of dowry death . The informant namely, Saraswati devi alleged that her daughter was married to Sonelal Mukhiya in 2015 as per Hindu rituals. After marriage she had gone to her matrimonial house . The informant received information that her daughter was murdered by all the F.I.R., named accused including her husband. 4. Petitioner No. 1 is devar and Petitioner No. 2 is gotni of the deceased. They are simply victim of over implications. They are separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation is alleged against them and they have no concern with the affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition . 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today , let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya ( banjariya) P . S. Case No .
