Sri Arvind Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a direction has been sought in nature of mandamus commanding the State Government to transfer and post the petitioner at a nearby district of District Sonbhadra/ Prayagraj from District Muzaffarnagar by sympathetically considering the representations of the petitioner and passing orders therein, to be passed within stipulated period of time which may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
