Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks quashing of the order dated 16th of October, 2025, passed by respondent-J&K Special Tribunal, Srinagar, upon issuance of show cause notice under reference No. STS/6351/24/I/256 dated 31st of May, 2024, in the course of proceedings of the appeal titled ‘Ghulam Mohammad Lone Vs. Commissioner SMC and Ors.’, (File No. STS/6351/2021), dated 15.07.2021, thereby directing the attachment of three storeyed residential structure of the petitioner, situated at Ganderpora, Iddgah near Shaheen Public School, Srinagar, for a period of one year with further orders that bond of Rs. 10,00,000/- submitted by the petitioner may be realized from him. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the structure in question has been regularized by the Srinagar Municipal Corporation, vide order No. SMC/2025/3742, dated 29.11.2025 and submits that with this development, this petition can be disposed of with a direction to the J&K Special Tribunal to proceed further in the matter in view of the intervening development from the passing of the order impugned on 16th of October, 2025 and the date of regularization. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the J&K Special Tribunal for further proceedings and the learned Tribunal shall consider the matter afresh in view of the intervening development, of course in accordance with law. 4.
