But till date, final report is yet to be filed. Hence the present petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case investigation completed on 13.08.2025 and final report filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi. In view of the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor gave an undertaking before the earlier proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.22614 of 2025. Thereafter, final report returned for want of jurisdiction.
