Heard the parties.
Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these bail applications are being disposed of by a common order. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 69/2024 (Cyber Crime Case No.112 of 2024), for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) and 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Spl. Judge Cyber case, Deoghar. Bail applications of the petitioners were earlier rejected by this court by order dated 16.12.2024 with a liberty to renew their prayer for bail after three months. The petitioners are alleged to be involved in cyber offence. On 27.06.2024, Cyber police Deoghar apprehended these petitioners alongwith co-accused persons near the village Jalhara. On search, mobile phones, e- gadgets and other articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

It was submitted that petitioners are in custody for about nine months. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Spl. Judge Cyber case, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 69/2024 (Cyber Crime Case No.112 of 2024).
