Pursuant to the order dated 20.01.2025, instructions dated 29.01.2025 under the signatures of Additional Collector, Farrukhabad, is placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that the aforesaid suit filed by the petitioner was numbered as Case No. 1691 of 2024. In the said suit various orders were passed from time to time, ultimately the same has been finally decided by the Additional Collector, Farrukhabad vide order dated 28.01.2025. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, in case petitioner is still aggrieved it is open for the petitioner to move recall application within 30 days.
