2. Learned counsel for the petitioner - BHEL, fairly stated that the writ petition is not maintainable as on date, for the reason that the petition is pending before Central Page No.

W.P.No.27954 ;of 2025 Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, and the petitioner is aggrieved by the reference made by the first respondent herein in No. ID.18/2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the said ID.18/2024 is not prosecuted and as such, it was dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. In view of the above submission, the prayer made in this Writ Petition does not survive for any adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
