The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Baghmara P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 87 of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Abhijeet Pandey, learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad. On 11.12.2024, the daughter of the informant was enticed away by the petitioner to leave her lawful guardianship with an intention to marry her. Attention has been drawn towards the findings in the impugned order, from perusal of which, it appears that victim has not made any adverse statement against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhijeet Pandey, learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad, in connection with Baghmara P.S.
