With consent of both sides, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.06.2025 and issue patta in respect of the property, being a house site, bearing Plot No.9, comprised in Chatram Jari Survey No.553/B2 (Part) measuring to an extent of 0.05 cents, situated at No.203, Old Gummidipoondi Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District in the name of the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the aforesaid property. Though, she approached the respondent on several occassions for issuance of patta with respect to the aforesaid property, the respondent has not considered her request. Hence, she submitted a representation to the respondent on 09.06.2025 to issue Patta with respect to the aforesaid property. Thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent concerned would consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also upon the submissions made, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the representation filed by the petitioner dated 09.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to any of the interested parties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken to 3/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.32582 of 2025 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., arr the petitioner. 6.
