Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is in progress and respondent police will be able to file the final report at the earliest. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file either a final report or a closure report in Crime No.109 of 2025, as the case may be, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. 6.
