By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.132 of 2024 dated 16.06.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 506 IPC, P.S. Raiwala, District Dehradun. 5. Learned counsel for the State on instructions would submit that after investigation, the matter has been closed and the final report No.29 of 2024 on 24.09.2024 has been submitted. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, nothing survives to be decided in the present petition, accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby closed.
