This application has been filed in respect of the orders dated 17.09.2024 and 24.02.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Goalpara in MCR- 116/2021. 3. It is hereby directed that the applicant will continue to pay the amount of ₹8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand) per month to the Respondent No.2. It is also directed that the order directing issue of Distress Warrant against the present applicant by the said court i.e. court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Goalpara in MCR-116/2021 is stayed till disposal of the connected Revision Petition.
