Mr. Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 and submits, petitioner was stealing electricity. He refers to page-27 being disclosure of communication dated 28th June, 2025 in response to complaint lodged in the portal. It appears therefrom, the line was disconnected on 26th July, 2024. Mr. Man Mohan Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client has prayed for direction upon the supply company to restore the electric connection. He submits further, subsequent to alleged disconnection on 26th July, 2024 the supply company continued to raise bills. On query he submits, the disconnection was on 28th February, 2025. He submits further, his client has filed for impleading the Executing Engineer as respondent no.3, for said authority being directed to consider his client's representation dated 19th June, 2025. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. The impleadment application is allowed. The Executive Engineer is added as respondent no.3. Petitioner has leave to cause the amendment in Court, to be coutner-signed by Court Master. The application is disposed of. Added respondent no.3 is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 19th June, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his representation to said respondent.
